Father of 3, and has 24 years under his belt working with young people throughout Northern Ireland. Ben has a Degree in Health and Social Sciences (Youth and Community Work), and a Masters In Restorative Practices.
Ben has worked with young people involved in offending behaviours and risk-taking behaviours, with those having difficulties at school, or involved in anti-social behaviours. Over the years he has trained in Family Therapy (level1), Motivational interviewing & Family Group Conferencing.

He is registered with Northern Ireland Social Care Council and has been through enhanced Access NI as he works with vulnerable people.
